A pretty, semi-detached, stone built holiday cottage, Mincorn provides comfortable and practical family accommodation in Pembrokeshire, with level access throughout. It offers a practical open plan living area with a sitting room, dining area and kitchen. It has three bedrooms, one double with twin chest of drawers and a built in wardrobe. There is also a single bedroom suitable for adults or children and a bunkbed room which is best occupied by children. The bathroom has a bath with shower over and a handbasin and a separate WC.
The cottage was converted in the 1980’s and has benefited from additional recent refurbishment, particularly to kitchens and bathrooms. The generous use of oak and slate for window sills and other features adds character to the property. Outside the cottage looks out onto a shared courtyard with lawned areas and its own seating and picnic table.
Mincorn is generously equipped with all that you need to make your stay comfortable. We provide good quality mattresses to make your nights as comfortable as possible and use hotel standard pure cotton sheets as well as blankets from Melin Tregwynt. The cottage is heated with storage radiators which provide background heating and there is also thermostatically controlled electric heating in each of the rooms. In combination with good insulation (and thick stone walls) our experience is that the cottage is comfortable and cosy even in the depths of Winter. Decorated with work from local artists and local photos.
