All three cottages are set around a pretty courtyard adjacent to the owners home. In the village of Roch, close to the main route between Haverfordwest and St Davids and very convenient for exploring the beaches and coastline of Pembrokeshire. The cottages are comfortable and very well equipped, with everything you should need for your stay. In season the cottages are let from either Friday (Mincorn & Eynons) or Saturday (Meadow Barn); out of season (October to April) we also provide longer term lets, short breaks.
Meadow Barn
Detached self catering property, recently converted from a traditional Pembrokeshire Barn to provide very spacious family holiday accommodation. The Barn also benefits from its own small garden, a substantial conservatory and separate parking.
Mincorn
Semi-detached Welsh cottage (see Eynons below) providing very comfortable and practical self catering accommodation. Originally converted in the 1980’s, Mincorn benefits from additional recent refurbishment, particularly to kitchens and bathrooms. The generous use of oak and slate for window cills and other features adds character to the property.
Eynons
Smaller semi-detached Welsh Cottage (See Mincorn). Cosy and characterful in nature, with feature stone walls and oak sills and shelves. Ideal for the smaller family or for parties that need two bedroomed holiday accommodation.
